Dr. Erin Casper

Dr. Erin Casper has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis for over 15 years. She received her doctoral degree in school psychology from the University of Connecticut and her certification in behavior analysis from Penn State University. Prior to opening this practice in the Hampton Roads area, Dr. Casper worked in two prestigious center-based ABA programs. She also has worked for agencies and as an independent provider rendering home-based ABA therapy to a large number of clients ranging in age from 2 to 18 years old. Additionally, Dr. Casper spent several years providing behavioral consultation to a number of public school districts in various regions throughout the country. Dr. Casper has also taught several undergraduate level ABA courses as an adjunct professor at Eastern Connecticut State University. She is extremely dedicated to the field of behavior analysis and currently mentors a number of registered behavior technicians, board certified assistant behavior analysts, and board certified behavior analysts.

Keily Melendez

Keily Melendez is a Registered Behavior Technician and has been practicing in the field for approximately five years. She has a background in behavioral psychology and some medical training. Candice Elliott

Candice Elliott has been working as an RBT/behavior therapist for 2 years and counting. Since relocating from Massachusetts to Virginia in 2015, she has taken full advantage of new opportunities here. Candice has pursued her RBT credential and dove head first into the field of applied behavior analysis. She loves what she does so much that she is completing graduate certificate coursework through Florida Tech to become a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2019. Having the chance to change the lives of her clients and their families even in the smallest way each day fuels her passion for the ABA field and Candice cannot wait to grow and help even more people in the future. When she is not working or studying, Candice enjoys spending time at the beach, binge-watching Netflix, and relaxing with her husband and their pup, Bo.

Kaela Danenberger

Kaela Danenberger entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2016 after completing her Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Since gaining her credentials, Kaela has worked closely with children diagnosed with ASD in a home-based setting, implementing behavior-analytic services. Due to the stipulation that an RBT cannot design intervention or assessment plans, Kaela decided to take the next step in her career and started taking classes online at Arizona State University for her Masters in Special Education/Applied Behavior Analysis to prepare her to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
